OkayKrypto: What does your company do?

Boola: We are building a live commerce leveraging on a video streaming platform, with a powerful tokenomics to boost adoption.

OkayKrypto: What got you into the blockchain space and how long have you been in this industry?

Boola: We entered the blockchain space in late 2017. We are a strong believer in distributed technology to revolutionalise the world.

OkayKrypto: Who is your main target market and which market sector do you serve?

Boola: We have 3 main target markets: Stars (i.e. Celebrities/Influencers/Anchors), Fans and Brands/Commerce. Celebrities are the catalyst of the platform. Fans are traffic and our revenue generator. Brands/Commerce is our key business growth drivers.

OkayKrypto: What’s your unique selling point or differentiator?

Boola: We will capitalize on the innate trust between celebrities and their fans to enable very high conversion rate for the product placement and advertisement. Our token-based reward system is designed to keep fans engaged with celebrities and with each other. For the Celebrities, we have multiple monetization opportunities with Product placement and Advertisement commissions becoming the largest when the platform matures, while during the growth phase gifting, exclusive events and token rewards will be used as an alternative source.

OkayKrypto: How does your company intend to disrupt the space/industry you are in?

Boola: We have carefully designed our business operating model (including GTM strategy), token economics which will drive demand and advance technology (e.g. low latency and auto-translation). We are designing our product, and its interactions, by focusing on a frictionless experience, including token adoption.

OkayKrypto: What are the major benefits users can obtain and what’s the end result you hope to achieve?

Boola: We hope to create a fairer scheme for all parties in our ecosystems and eventually get benefited (either monetarily or not monetarily). More details are discussed in our WhitePaper.

OkayKrypto: Currently, the crypto market is bearish. What do you think is the outlook for the market in 2019?

Boola: More than 70% ICO didn’t release any product yet and regulators will start implementing control over ICO. Crypto market and DAPPs will gradually to be mainstream as anticipated by our young millennials that will represent the target consumers of growth.

OkayKrypto: We know that you’re in the midst of raising funds for your ICO right now. What kinds of investors are you looking for?

Boola: Strategic investors who believe in our business model and tokenomics. Ideally with interests in revolutionalize the traditional media advertisement industry.

OkayKrypto: USD 10K in Bitcoin or USD 10K in your tokens. Which should investors invest in and why?

Boola: Bitcoin has the potential to substitute gold as a store of value and to reach 100k USD price in a few years. Our product and its token have been carefully designed to boost mass adoption, with a self-sustainable system during ignition and push-forward growth plan in the short term. We aim at building the first DAPP widely adopted by consumers and in light of limited supply and very high usage of our token, as bitcoin, we expect a very steep exponential growth trajectory, strictly connected with the adoption rate. We wisely believe that investors should invest in both and check the outlook on 2021.
